Plzen police accuse two young men of attacking foreigner - Prague Daily Monitor

Plzen police have accused two young people of an attack on a dark skinned foreigner, police spokesman Petr Kovar told CTK today. The men aged 20 and 22 are suspected of attacking a 25-year- old man from Tanzania on Friday night. They kicked him, hit him with fists and made insulting remarks about the colour of his skin. The foreigner had to address doctors in hospital. In addition, the assailants beat up another man, Kovar said. They have been charged with hooliganism, violence against a group of the population and an individual and attempted bodily harm. Police were alerted by a witness who described the perpetrators dressed as skinheads and the site of the incident.
