Eyewitness News - Supreme Court won't dismiss Holocaust case against Vatican Bank

SUPREME COURT The Supreme Court refuses to side with the Vatican against lawsuits brought on behalf of thousands of victims of the Nazis in World War Two. Lawyers for the Vatican Bank had argued the court should block American courts from hearing lawsuits brought on behalf of thousands of gypsies, Jews, Serbs and others. The suits claim the Vatican Bank received valuables stolen from the victims by Nazi sympathisers.
