TheStar.com - Canada free to deport Zundel

Judge rules he's threat to security. Holocaust denier can be sent home A Federal Court judge says there's nothing to stop Canada from deporting Holocaust denier Ernst Zundel to his native Germany. "Mr. Zundel's activities are not only a threat to Canada's national security but also a threat to the international community of nations," Mr. Justice Pierre Blais of the Federal Court of Canada said in a 63-page decision released in Ottawa yesterday. (...) According to a federal security intelligence report, Zundel played "a critical role" in the white supremacist movement, was "viewed as the patriarch of the movement in Canada for decades," and was a "leader of international significance" among white supremacists, including "racists, neo-Nazis and anti-Semites who use violence to achieve political objectives." siehe auch: Court finds Zundel can be deported
