Telegraph | Fans face cup ban over 'Nazi' helmets
England football fans who wear replica Nazi stormtrooper helmets to World Cup games in the summer face being kicked out of the matches, they were warned last night. The white plastic helmets, styled on Second World War German uniforms, are being mass-produced in Holland and have a red-and-white Cross of St George and the words 'No one likes us' printed on them. (...) But last night German football and international police authorities did not see the funny side and said it is a criminal offence in Germany to publicly display Nazi memorabilia.
Supt Andreas Morbach, the joint head of the German police's national football intelligence unit, said: "The helmets are a potential provocation.
