At least 10 handmade banners promoting racism hung from St. Louis area interstate overpasses during rush hour Tuesday morning. The banners, made from white sheets and spray paint, read "Preserve the White Race." At 7 a.m., commuters started dialing the Missouri Department of Transportation to complain. (...)
