A SKINHEAD who stirs up racial hatred across Scotland is planning to hijack St Andrew's Day. National Front organiser Dave MacDonald wants to stage a Sunday parade promoting his party's poisonous propaganda. MacDonald, who the Record has previously exposed as a vile racist, has chosen November 28 for his controversial procession. Plans for the march down Aberdeen's Union Street are due to be considered by the city council's licensing chiefs next month. MacDonald contacted the Record by email to say: 'National Front Scotland have applied for permission to hold a St Andrew's Day parade in Aberdeen. 'After discussions with Grampian Police, we have reached agreement on the planned route.
