ANSA.it - Italy adopts FIFA racism rules
The Italian Soccer Federation (FIGC) has adopted new FIFA guidelines aimed at ending racism in soccer . FIGC said the guidelines, aimed at stamping out soccer racism worldwide, would be incorporated into Italian soccer's disciplinary machinery from July .
The FIFA regulations stiffen penalties against fans and players found guilty of showing racist attitudes . They make it mandatory to close grounds where racist incidents occur .
