Pulse24 - Toronto's News: Disorder In The Court

It’s an old name associated with an old hate. Ernst Zundel may no longer be in Canada, but the reverberations from his actions continue to echo around the world. The man who claims the Holocaust never really happened is on trial in Germany for denying the horrible mass murders. And now one of his allies has gotten into trouble of her own in a disturbing incident that took place in a Manheim courtroom Wednesday. A defence lawyer for the Nazi supporter had to be physically carried out of the hall of justice, after a judge ruled she was disrupting the proceedings. Court officers carried Sylvia Stolz out of the room, as she screamed, “Resistance! The German people are rising up.” (...) Zundel is a former Toronto resident who spent most of his time in this country insisting the history books are full of inaccuracies about the Holocaust. The Nazi-led mass slaughter of Jews claimed over six million lives during World War II, and despite overwhelming records kept by the Germans themselves and testimony from survivors, some continue to maintain the historical fact is fiction.
