SAN JOSE / 2 teens accused of vandalism with swastikas

The arrest of two teenagers on suspicion of using a chemical to burn swastikas and racial epithets into the lawns of homes in San Jose and of vandalizing two elementary schools was applauded Saturday by the head of the local chapter of the NAACP.
