Dzeno Association: Concert Against neo-Nazism in Bratislava

"Stop Neo-Nazis" was the title of a huge concert organized in Bratislava on the 12th of November to commemorate the brutal murder of a university student, who was killed by neo-Nazis last week. Slovak and Roma bands and many public personalities participated in the event, which was held at the scene of the crime. Last week, neo-Nazis stabbed and murdered university student Daniel Tupy on the bank of the Danube because he had long hair. Organizer Michal Kascak said that the main goal of the event was to inform people about neo-Nazi violence and to warn everyone about the threats it creates and to call upon the community to resist such intimidation.
