Union of Councils for Soviet Jews: Police Raid in Urals City Uncovers “Arsenal” of Skinhead Literature, List of Local Neo-Nazi Gang Members
A raid connected to an ongoing investigation of three murders of ethnic Armenians in the Urals city of Verkhnyaya Pyshma (Sverdlovsk region) has uncovered what local police termed an “arsenal” of neo-Nazi literature, music, and a list of members of neo-Nazi gangs throughout the Urals region.
According to a November 2, 2005 report by the local API news agency, police and FSB officials conducted a raid of a young woman who is a member of a local skinhead group. During the raid, a book with the names of members of neo-Nazi groups throughout the Urals region was discovered, along with extremist nationalist literature and music.
