France's Alsace ponders its fascist youth - (United Press International)

France's willingness to tolerate expressions of Nazism has left residents of its German-speaking region increasingly troubled by episodes of anti-Semitism. Adrien Zeller, the president of Alsace's regional government, said besides the rising vandalism the area sees one or two neo-Nazi rallies each year. Most of this year's neo-Nazi incidents have taken place in Alsace and at least two of the latest grave desecrations in the region have been signed "HVE Junior," an apparent reference to a new generation of Nazi sympathizers.
