London Free Press: Hate tribunal sets precedent
The hearing includes the Internet service provider that hosted offending websites. (...) He alleges Richardson, Kulbashian, their websites -- Tri-City Skins.com and Canadian Ethnic Cleansing Team -- and Kulbashian's service provider -- Affordable Space.com -- violated the Canadian Human Rights Act by spreading hate.
The two websites made fun of killing and assaulting non-whites and non-Christians, the tribunal has heard. Internet chat between supremacists also discussed shooting former prime minister Jean Chretien and blowing up government buildings and Jewish temples.
