Skinheads in the Russian city of Nizhny Novgorod have beaten and robbed a student from Tunisia. The foreigner, a student at the State Medical Institute, was attacked by two 17-year-old skinhead youths. The policemen who arrested them also said they were shouting Nazi slogans.
