Bush to Nazi leader Adolf Hitler. Chavez made the remark while commemorating a failed coup he led as a lieutenant colonel in 1992. Speaking before tens of thousands of supporters in Caracas on Saturday, Chavez also threatened to close Venezuelan oil refineries in the United States. "If the government of the United States wants to break its relationship with Venezuela, it is up to them, they can make that decision.
